I find this discussion group to be informative but very slow.

Since I assume that there are other more active discussion groups,
where are the ones that you visit?

Links please.

Thanks

TMT:

The only other group I visit regularly is Home Brew Robotics
Club:

<http://www.hbrobotics.org>

Activity on the HBRC mail list comes and goes.

I'll let members of other clubs chime in to explain
how active their mail lists are.

Once you have adopted a specific microprocessor (basic stamp, avr,
basic atom .. whatever ) you will find a wealth of information and
exchange of ideas on the forums usually found at the OEM sites for
those chips.

But .. please dont confuse "slow" with "useless" when it comes
to this group. Some of the greats hang out here and are always
willing to help.

Thanks to Mike and others for their responses.

No I don't equate "slow" with "useless"....when the discussion group
is active the information is good.

BUT this discussion group IS slow and that is not good if one wants to
see the interest in robotics development to increase. I have steered a
number of people to this group and almost everyone has asked if this
group is dying off.
