Your best bet is to contact these schools and ask regarding their
admission policies and course requirements. They have department
counsellors that can help you to determine the qualifications needed for
admission. CMU, MIT, Georgia Tech, Stanford, etc. will have unique
requirements, but if you're shooting for the top-flight schools like
these, you'll know the maximum of what will be required of you.
You might consider a second BS in something like mechanical engineering,
while you prepare for a masters in mechatronics/robotics. Few schools
have the latter, while most schools have the former. It broadens your
possibilities.
