Are you a computer vision guru? Are you passionate about mathematics
and computational efficiency? Are you experienced with object
detection and tracking, SIFT, segmentation techniques, Markov Chain
Monte-Carlo and other computer vision concepts? Are you interested in
solving important problems such as handling object occlusions and
classifying objects based on features? Do you want to help build the
largest video analysis network ever?
Miovision has a novel video analytics application for the traffic
industry - and we are looking for creative, passionate individuals to
join our R&D team. As a member of our team you will divide your time
equally between reading research papers and implementing the latest
and greatest that the computer vision world has to offer. We offer a

Our ideal candidate will have most or all of the following
requirements:
>> Bachelors, Masters, or PhD in a technical discipline
>> Solid understanding of computer vision algorithm design and
implementation in C++
>> Ability to prototype in MATLAB or Python >> Strong math background in
statistics, pattern recognition, signal processing
>> Experience developing in a Linux environment
>> Software development experience with a focus on pattern recognition/
computer vision
