This looks like an exciting development in 3d-TOF imaging.

The site is actually out-of-date, since the production model(SR-3000)
is actually smaller at 50mm x 67mm x 43mm.

The bad news is that the SR-3000 currently costs >5000 euros. Somewhat
out of the range of hobbyists, and in the range of competing
technologies.

I know the manufacturers are pitching this at the automotive industry,
lets hope theyre successful as mass production of this unit would be
good news for folk in this NG.
